The prayer breakfast is to commemorate Black History Month by convening black civic, faith and community leaders to affirm our shared interest in a healthy and thriving black community. The program will include special remarks from elected officials, community speakers, music, performing arts and a tribute presentation to black civic and community leaders for their lifetime service.
